we had to switch rooms the first time because our tv wasn’t working, our new room the AC didn’t work. i contacted the front desk and was told to wait 15 minutes - 1 hour for it to get cold. it never got cold and my family slept in a hot room. i decided to deal with it since our first inconvenience was already irritating to deal with. i didn’t wanna switch rooms AGAIN.

I was disappointed with my stay. First, the room I was given had an AC that barely cooled, so I had to request another room, which wasn't much better. When I checked out, the hotel kept my entire $100 security deposit because of one towel that had makeup on it from removing my makeup. I understand I signed an agreement about damages, but keeping the full $100 over a single towel seems unreasonable. If anything, charging for the cost of one towel would have been much fairer than keeping my entire deposit. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled.

The staff was very helpful and the property was very nice. I will definitely be staying here if I come back

The property was nice and clean. But we couldn’t enjoy the pool or the hot tub because we were being tore up by mosquitos which I assume is because of the water from the golf course that is right there. We went to have the pool and hot tub and couldn’t even enjoy it. It was miserable. Everyone was being attacked and complaining. We loved the idea of the place but won’t be back because of the mosquitos. They had no type of citronella or something to control the mosquitos and I know they have to beware of the them. You can walk anywhere on the property without being torn up. They were even. Flying around in the room where we had breakfast. I was very disappointed.
